CONSULTING

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COACHING AND CONSULTING

With the recent fashion of coaching in all fields, many advisors claim to coach; and conversely, faced with the credit given to consultants, many coach claim to be advisors! However, the two professions do not have much to do, do not rely on the same methods or the same principles and do not deal with the same problems.

The coach, to begin with, supports one or more people while the consultant deals with a company or section of the company.
